As for mentioned I had the opportunity to complete the CKA certification in 2021. Yet again, a challenging exam but very much worthwhile.
Last year the Linux Foundation split the security portion into a new certification CKS but at the moment I don’t intend on pursuing that as that is currently not aligned with my day job.
With the new year it’s out with the old. Future blog posts will be made here rather than on lnxfrk.net.
First new announcement, after about 6 months of on/off studying I finally decided to take the CKAD exam. I will be the first to admit it was a challenge – but certainly worth it.
Next up: I’ll attempt the CKA sometime in 2021 – that was my first choice but I figured it may be better to focus more on the development/design side for my day job.
